These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the On Cue mobile application ("the App") operated by Dmitriy Teplyuk ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Free tier. The App provides limited free access (currently 5 scenario completions per day). We may adjust this limit at any time.
On Cue Pro. A paid subscription that unlocks unlimited access to all scenarios. Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
Free trial. We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If a free trial is available, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the then-current price. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and is generally limited to one trial per account.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase or at the end of any applicable free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All scenario content, explanations, labels, and other materials in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Aggregate response statistics (percentages) are generated from all user responses and are displayed anonymously. You have no ownership claim over aggregated data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The scenario content is for entertainment and general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice on social interactions, relationships, or communication. You use the App's content at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
