Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to request deletion of your On Cue account and all associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. 1
Send an email to support@on-cue.app from the email address associated with your On Cue account.
  2. 2
Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" so we can process it quickly.
  3. 3
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We cannot issue refunds for active billing periods.
  4. 4
We will confirm your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

Opens your email app with a pre-filled message.

⚠ This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose all scenario history, responses, and progress. If you subscribe again in the future, you will start with a fresh account.

What Gets Deleted vs. Retained

Aggregate statistics Anonymous response percentages shown to all users Retained

Aggregate statistics (e.g., "47% of users chose option A") are anonymous and cannot be traced back to individual users. These are retained to maintain the experience for other users.
