What is On Cue?
On Cue is a scenario-based app that helps you avoid social misfires and sound culturally current in real conversations. Each scenario gives you a situation, you pick a response, and you instantly see how others answered along with expert explanations.

How does the free tier work?
Free users can complete up to 5 scenarios per day. Your limit resets every day at midnight UTC. Upgrade to On Cue Pro for unlimited access.

How do I subscribe to On Cue Pro?
You can subscribe from within the app. When you hit your daily limit or tap the upgrade option in Settings, you'll be taken to the subscription screen. New users can start with a free 7-day trial. On Cue Pro is $2.99/month after the trial, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

What's included in the free trial?
The 7-day free trial gives you unlimited scenario completions and access to all categories. AI grading ("Write Your Own") is limited to 5 uses per day during the trial. Full Pro subscribers get unlimited AI grading.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not directly by On Cue. To cancel:

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and will be restored automatically.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to set a new password.

How do I delete my account?
Visit our account deletion page for full instructions. Account deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days of your request.
