On Cue ("the App") is operated by Dmitriy Teplyuk ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. You may optionally provide a display handle, age range, and region.
Usage data. We record which scenarios you complete, which response option you select, and your daily completion count. This data is tied to your user ID so we can enforce free-tier limits and show you your history.
Subscription data. If you subscribe to On Cue Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a confirmation of your entitlement status through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Device and technical data. We may receive basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, and crash logs through Expo and platform services. We do not collect precise location data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers. The App contains no ads.
We retain your account and response data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymous statistics (response percentages) may be retained indefinitely.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security policies on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest revision.
